| No.1 | During work, dust may be present. Some tasks involve the use of thinner and similar solvents. |
| No.2 | There are tasks that require lifting heavy items (approximately 2–30 kg). |
| No.3 | Overtime work is required only when there is work to be done and must follow company instructions. Please do not make requests regarding overtime. |
| No.4 | Opinions such as “I don’t want to do this job” or “I don’t want to work with this person” are prohibited in the workplace. |
| No.5 | You will be required to act as a leader and manage the manufacturing staff. |
| No.6 | The contract is renewed on a one-year basis. |
| No.7 | It takes about 30 minutes by bicycle to reach the nearest supermarket. There is no transportation provided to supermarkets or stations, so please travel by bicycle or bus. |
| No.8 | The dormitory is shared by foreign residents of multiple nationalities. Please live cooperatively and do not cause problems. |
| No.9 | Dormitory fees may be revised due to increases in utility costs. There is no air conditioning in the dormitory. |
| No.10 | The toilets and showers are located outdoors and are about a 1–2 minute walk away. |
| No.11 | Smoking is prohibited on company premises. Smokers and individuals with tattoos are not eligible to apply. |
| No.12 | Obtaining Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 certification is mandatory within one year after joining the company. |
| No.13 | Please live and work according to Japanese rules, not the rules of your home country. |
| No.14 | Participation in company events is required. |
