Mixing Climbing and Cycling are always Real Adventures in This Region!!

Hi there!!

Recently, I went cycling for mountain paths and cycling roads as usual.

But in contrast, I will explain what mixing climbing and cycling are great opportunity for local cyclists.

Two days ago, I went to Gongen mountain that is located in Kawabe town.

Kawabe town.

“Kawa” means Japanese river.

The town is divided by huge river called Hida river.

The population are almost 10,000.

In the past, the river looked like a road to deliver strategical materials as woods.

From the reson, the place reconized thta this place was important for govenment.

Geographical resons, there were several forts and castle on the mountains.

If I can feel the anciant atmosphere, even now, are those interesting, right?

I wanted to go to the place by myself with only my light bike.

It have approximately 30 km from my home, and then, I had to climb several mountain paths.

I arrived at Kawabe town, I was heading for the shop called Marupan Baba.

The shop has a lot of variety of small breads that includes side menus such as egg, salad, meat, and vagetables.

I thought that if I can take those food on the top of the mountain, I am feeling increadible!! as lunch.

I bought two small balls made by bread such as Omulet rice and Curry.

I went to the gate of shrine from here, it took about 10 minutes.

There was a gate.

And then, I put my bike on the field without locking.

Is it dengerous? no, its my usual.
Because, there are no people around here who want to steal it.

Anyway, I walked from here with my earphones called “shocz open run pro2”.

I always utilize this great product made by Shocz with out door adventures like this.
We can listen to music or studying English clearly and accurately.

At that time, I walked to the top of the mountain with my singing as “Oh! shanzerize” that is french song.

I told it my wife, my wife said that you are definitely crazy and strange person!! policemen might arrest you!!.

What do you think about it?

There was a shrine during climbing the mountain.

From the past, almost all persons in this country believed that the huge mountain exsist god.
Nowadays, there are a lot of shrines like this.

I prayed for others deeply at the sacred place.

I arrive at the top of the mountain.

In march, there are a lot of wind from the north.
The north strong wind is called Kita kaze that bring spring and worm atmosphere.

Thats why, we love it.
But, in contrast, those wind bring a lot of pollen that made us allergies.

Thats why, several people hate this atmosphere.

But, if so, we can’t go outside right?

Anyway, I walked under the clear sunshine.

I saw a monument called Meoto iwa that means rocks of couple.
