As you know the town is a little bit smaller than other huge cities in Gifu pref.
But, in contrast, there are several scenic spot and great place for every cyclist.
That’s why, let me introduce this town from now.
Descover the facility called the station on the hill.
Thare is a facility called the station of forest.
You can take local foods called Kenchin soup and Goheimochi.
Kenchin soup made from a variety of vagetables and hot soup.
Also, Goheimochi made from rice and miso that is Japanese seasning.
In addition, these foods are affordable.
You can chat with local people enjoyably in this local facility.
The vending machine that located in on the hill
You can see the vending machine that near from the station of forest.
The vending machines are called “Kamoshika Drive-in” without any persons.
You can see the animal called “Kamoshika” that means “serow” in English in the vending machine.
Also, you can take a humbergers from the vending machines.
You must heat it by yourself with micro wave oven in front of the vending machines.
There is a nice cafe near the facility.
The cafe is named “Lavender house” that has wide garden.
You can eat break fast with a cup of coffee under the shunshine.
There is a branco.
There are a lot of animals in this area compared to humans.
Climb at the mountain called “Kengyo mountain”.
There is a gate of the mountain called Kengyo zan that has 930 m high.
You should leave the bike in front of the gate.
The gate point is approximately 700 m high.
You should climb at least 230 m from the gate on foot.
Climbing on foot from the gate under the sunshine is great opportunity for outdor enthusiasts.
Ontake is the best three sacred mountain
If you can arrive in front of the top of the mountain, you can see breathtaking view of the mountains.
There is the greatest mountain in this region called “Ontake” that is 3,067 m high.
There is snow on the top of the mountain.
You can see both Kasagi mountain and Ena mountain clearly.
Hakusan that is one of the most beautiful mountain
If you have luck, you can see Hakusan that is the best three sacred mountains in Japan.
Hakusan consists of two head called Kengamine and Gozengamine.
Hakusan means a white mountain in Japanese.
The mountain has a lot of snow until the first of summer.
That’s why, this mountain has a name white mountain.
You can see the bridge of Yaotsu clearly from the view point.
As you know, in this place has a huge city called Nagoya City.
You can see the center of the city from the view point.
Kutami is the anciant old town.
You can go through the old village called Hukuchi and Shinohara, you can arrive at the old town Kutami.
The cafe is located in next to Hida river called “Line Side Cafe”.
