Oyama hakusan shrine has great view!!.

Today, I am going to explain Oyama hakusan shrine that is located in shirakawa town.

In Gifu Pref, there are two “Shirakawa” town.

As you know, the one has the world heritage called “Shirakawa village”.

There is another same name town in Mino region.

The town is called “Shirakawa town” or “Mino Shirakawa”.

The town is complitely surrounded by mountains and forest.

So, its hard for other people to get the town although, it’s important for you to explore those plae deeply as a explorer right?

So, for you, I am talking about this town.

Oyama hakusan shrine

Oyama hakusan shrine has several good view.

But, its hard for common cyclists to get there, because, it’s 863 m high.

We have to climb at least 500 m from the base of the mountain to top of the gate of the mountain.

Don’t worry about that, because, there are few car on the road despite weekend.

You can climb the road without conjesting.

You have to take a curve a lot to get the top of the mountain.

If you can arrive the parking lots of the shrine, you have to walk to the top of the mountain on foot.

There are a lot of stone’s stair.

There are a lot of steep slope,

But, if you get the top of the mountain, you can see all around.

During climbing the stair, you can see a old trees that lives for over 1,000 years.

People believe that the anciant tree has god.

If you can arrive at the top of the shrine, you can go through at the view point on foot.

In the view spot, you can see huge mountains, such as Ontake, Hakusan, and Norikura.

There are several sacred mountains that people believe that lives in god.
